The first Annual "
in October"
- Thanks to the Farmington Chamber of Commerce for organizing this event. There
were over thirty types of chili to sample offering something for everyone’s
pallet.
The team from 4Corners Web dished up a New Mexico Original, "Carne
Adavado" Which did not last long. This is dish is such a fun dish to make
and serve as it inspires audience participation and much debate on the name and

The "Girls of the
were a crowd favorite winning the booth decoration award and taking second
place with their Green Chili.
The ultimate Chili Bragging rights belong to the team from Riley Industrial.
